2. Services Offered
JamboPlus provides a seamless platform for transferring funds between Mpesa and Deriv. Our services include the ability to deposit funds into your Deriv trading account and withdraw funds back to your Mpesa account. We operate as a facilitator, ensuring fast, secure, and reliable transactions between these two financial services.
3. Eligibility
To use JamboPlus, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction.
- Have an active Mpesa account and a valid Deriv account.
- Ensure that all the information you provide is accurate and up-to-date.
4. User Accounts and Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your JamboPlus account information, including your password and any other security credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or suspicious activity related to your account.
We take extensive measures to secure your personal and financial information using advanced encryption techniques. However, you acknowledge that no system is completely secure, and you agree to use JamboPlus at your own risk.
5. Transactions
JamboPlus facilitates transactions between Mpesa and Deriv. By using our platform:
- You authorize JamboPlus to process transactions on your behalf.
- You agree that you are solely responsible for ensuring that you have sufficient funds for deposits and that you comply with all applicable financial regulations.
- You understand that JamboPlus charges transaction fees, which will be transparently displayed before completing any transaction.
6. Fees and Charges
JamboPlus offers competitive transaction fees for all transfers between Mpesa and Deriv. The exact fees will be disclosed before each transaction is completed, and they may vary based on the transaction type and amount. You agree to pay these fees as part of the transaction.
7. Currency Exchange
JamboPlus provides real-time exchange rates when converting between Kenyan Shillings (KES) and United States Dollars (USD) for transactions between Mpesa and Deriv. You acknowledge that exchange rates may fluctuate and that JamboPlus is not responsible for any losses due to exchange rate changes during the transaction process.
8. Transaction Limits
We impose limits on the amount of funds you can transfer using JamboPlus. These limits are mostly affected by Mpesa limits. JamboPlus reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time.
9. Refunds and Cancellations
All transactions made through JamboPlus are final and cannot be reversed once processed. However, if an error occurs during the transaction process, please contact our support team for assistance. We will investigate the issue and determine whether a refund or correction is warranted.
10. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to use JamboPlus for any illegal activities, including but not limited to:
- Money laundering or funding illegal operations.
- Engaging in fraudulent or deceptive activities.
- Violating any local, national, or international laws. If we suspect any misuse of our platform, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without notice.
11. Suspension and Termination
JamboPlus reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if we believe you have violated these terms and conditions or engaged in fraudulent activity. In such cases, we may also withhold any pending transactions.
12. Limitation of Liability
JamboPlus is not responsible for any direct or indirect losses resulting from:
- Delays in processing transactions due to third-party systems (e.g., Mpesa, Deriv).
- Inaccurate transaction details provided by the user.
- System failures or downtime. You agree to use our services at your own risk.
13. Modifications to the Terms and Conditions
JamboPlus reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and your continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
14. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which JamboPlus operates. Any disputes arising from the use of our platform will be resolved in the appropriate courts within this jurisdiction.
